Build a Snowman

This week our challenge was to use buttons and ribbon and create our very own snowman
I cut my circles using my cutterbee circle cutter at 2,3 and 4.5 inches I used effects parchment paper in the color of translucent silver from Canson papercrafts. Ribbon and buttons were from my supplies by Oriental Trading. With orange glitter I formed a carrot nose and drew in his mouth and pipe. With a few sprigs from my oak tree I created his arms and added glitter. I then added a few left over christmas stickers and the title to the top of a 8x11.5 blue sheet of cardstock. I also added a some blue glitter to my snowmans body.

Hope everyone stops by to check out the creative snowmen at just-a-scrappin blogspot.com.

  1. Like your snowman, would never think to use real tree "branch" for the arms. Thanks for the step-by-step directions.

  2. Annmarie,
I really appreciate how you use everyday objects and incorporate them into your crafting. Your style makes crafting accessible and teaches all to look around us for inspiration. Great job on your snowman. TFS
