Spring is in the Air

It's another challenge at just-a-scrappin-blogspot.com This week was anything goes using spring colors. I decided to work with pastel themed colors and mulberry paper. This is what I came up with from an idea in a challenge magazine from Papercrafts The concept was changed for what I had in my scrapping stash. I used buttons and fabric ribbon and floral embellishments instead of assorted felt circles.I also glittered and stickled a butterfly stamp from the Tim Holtz collection. Then adding a butterfly ribbon strip to the corner and a strip of washi tape to the bottom edge I finished my project with a Happy Birthday sentiment and added a few rinestones to finish up the center of the flowers.
I hope that everyone enjoys the great Spring weather we're having I sure hope that you all have a little sunshine where you call home and don't forget to stop by and check out all the great projects that the girls came up with this week.
